the silvered dial with Roman numerals signed John Harrison, 27 Castle St. Liverpool No. 5244, subsidiary up-and-down dial at XII (missing hand), and seconds at VI (missing hand), gold hour and minutes hands (repaired), the movement with cut bimetallic balance with heat compensation weights, blued steel helical spring, scape wheel and spring detent, fusee chain, brass bowl and gimbal, in a brass bound mahogany box (missing the top lid) and vacant small bone plaque to the front of the mid section, brass drop handles to sides. 6¾ x 6¾ in.
