the 3 in. (7.6 cm.) silvered regulator-type dial signed VISSIERE ET WOLFF (Eleve du Gouvernement.) No. 26, outer annular minute ring with blued steel hand, eccentric hour and seconds rings also with blued steel hands, with black Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes and seconds. Within, a two tier mahogany box with locking lower section, the top with a sliding door fitted with a nickel name plate [un-signed], and finger tab, the lower section with diamond inlaid nickel plated brass escutcheon to the lock with drop handles to the sides; nickel plated brass winding key with mahogany handle
