EXTRA-ILLUSTRATED with a 2pp. A.L.S. from the Duke of Wellington to an unnamed recipient, Woodford, 11 September 1833, concerning a letter to be sent to Wellington by the recipient and then, if they both should agree, to be signed by Wellington and sent on immediately to Mr. Latham 'that its directions may be carried with execution'; and a poem, printed on silk, entitled 'Britannia's Festival. Printed in Hyde Park, for John Gawdery, at the National Jubilee Fair, Held in Commemoration of Peace, on the First of August, 1814' (creased and with a tear). Both these mounted on guards at the beginning.
