An excellent vintage for all grape varieties, but exceptional as far as Gewurztraminer is concerned, 1997 is a vintage of rich, full-bodied wines."Very limpid straw yellow colour, tinged with green, with good intensity. Supple, harmonious, well balanced bouquet. Floral, perfumed, slightly over-ripe aroma of honey, pear, pineapple, violet, rose and jasmine.
