The field centred by the coat-of-arms of Hannover above date 1900, within a panelled border of scrolling arabesques, the corners with the shieldbearing animals from the crest

This tablecloth was woven in honour of the wedding of Marie Luise Prinzessin von Hannover (1879-1948) to Max Prinz von Baden (1867-1929) on the 10th of July 1900, at Schloss Gmunden.
