Of baluster form, the lower body moulded with a band of stiff leaves, decorated by Franz Ferdinand Mayer von Pressnitz, with scenes of travellers on horseback before an estuary landscape on one side and with a herdsman driving cows, horses and sheep beside ruins on the other, the scroll handle and spout heightened in gilding, the domed cover painted with two sprays of flowers and foliage, the contemporary cover possibly matched, restored rim chips to cover
