The top inset with a green leather-lined writing surface with pierced C-scroll gilt-metal gallery containing two drawers to the side of a central-pierced foliate frieze, the recess with a cupboard to either side, one fitted with three drawers, the other with a shelf, the reverse with oval-pierced fret panel possibly later, the moulding is loose
