The octagonal case with bead and reel border moulding and with grape and vine 'ears' flanking a trunk with curved underside, the white painted Roman convex dial signed C. Moller/Birmingham, blued steel moon hands, the eight day twin gut fusee movement with shouldered plates joined by four pillars, anchor escapement and strike on bell -- 29½ in.
