The chamfer top case with pineapple finial, with loop handles above brass fishscale sound frets to the sides, ebonised ripple mouldings, with brass-lined fielded panels to the front, the white painted Roman convex dial with blued steel circlet and moon hands, signed COPHAM/KENSINGTON, with strike/silent lever above XII, the eight day twin wire fusee movement with engraved border to shouldered plates joined by five pillars, anchor escapement and strike/trip repeat on bell, front plate punched 6234 -- 19 in. (48.5 cm.) high
