Depicting two ladies in classical dress pouring libations at a monument with a band of floral embroidery worked around the central scene, in silks and chenille with printed details, circa 1810; and a further worked picture depicting a peasant girl in a wheatfield, worked in wools to silk ground, with printed details, some shattering to silk ground, both in verre eglomise frames
The larger -- 19¾in. x 18in. (50cm. x 46cm); the smaller -- 17½in. x 16in. (44.5cm. x 16cm.) overall
