Contemporary English black morocco, spine gilt in compartments with acorn tool, double gilt fillet round sides enclosing a narrow decorative border with a vase of flowers at corners, gilt edges (hinges and corners a little rubbed). Fore-edge painting depicting a rather fanciful London from the Thames.
