Green crushed morocco by Zaehnsdorf, sides ruled in gilt enclosing a wide and intricate border composed of flowers, leaves and tendrils, centre panel filled with alternating fleurons and small stars, 4 compartments of spine similarly decorated, the other 2 with gilt title, gilt turn-ins, top edges gilt, others uncut, original pictorial covers and silk lettering pieces preserved at end.
