Lot Essay

Although originally given a plaque for winning the Division 2 championship, the plaque was stolen from Willie Morgan. The medal was given by the F.A. as a replacement for the plaque. Manchester United won the Division 2 Championship this season with 61 points, Aston Villa being runners-up on 58 points
