THE FIRST LATE 19TH CENTURY, THE SECOND ST. PETERSBURG, 1892,
the first circular shallow bowl with shaped flat handle, chased and engraved at the interior with the bust of an orthodox priest within scrolling foliate borders, the handle decorated with a double-headed eagle, Cyrillic inscription at rim, apparently unmarked; the second circular footed bowl with shaped flat handle, cast at the interior well with a medallion of mythic eagles within old slavic inscription, the handle cast in relief with a man astride a lion-like beast marked on body with maker's initials in cyrillic
