A pair of early 19th century Mexican wall sconces,
the shaped back plates embossed in high relief and chased with foliate scrolls and festoons of flowers against a malt ground, each with an s-scroll branch and a circular drip pan, (the branches are probably replacements), Assay masters mark of Antonio Forcada, maker's mark "Rodo", unascribed, circa 1820 - 31cm high, 37.5oz gross.
