Edo period (17th century), signed Yamato no kami Yasusada and with gold-inlaid inscription Futatsu do kiri otoshi (two-body cut) Yamashi Kaemon no jo Nagahisa and with kao
Sugata [configuration]: honzukuri, iori-mune, chu-kissaki and very slight toriizori
Kitae [forging pattern]: tight itame
Hamon [tempering pattern]: choji midare of nie with ashi
Boshi [tip]: midare komi
Nakago [tang]: ubu with two holes
Habaki [collar]: single, silvered-copper
In shirasaya [plain wood scabbard]
Nagasa [length from tip to beginning of tang]: 91.4cm.
Motohaba [width at start of tempered edge]: 3.7cm.
Sakihaba [width before tip]: 2cm.
With a circular iron plate tsuchime-ji tsuba carved with Fudo Myoo in a cave, and with Sanskrit characters in iroe takazogan (2)
