The hollow section of bamboo root carved as a gathering of immortals and scholars including some of the Eight Immortals and attendants, as well as four scholars studying a scroll, all amidst fruiting and blossoming openwork peach branches some of which form a canopy over the center of the boat, with two monkeys stealing peaches near the front on one side
