Of well-proportioned ovoid form with tapered neck rising to the flared rim and resting on a high ring foot, inlaid in white and iron slip with alternating panels of cranes and lotus and cranes and willows between a white-slip lappet border above the foot and a white and iron-slip lappet collar at the neck, the bottle also decorated by a celadon glaze with dense crackle
