Circular, set on a raised ring foot and decorated in underglaze-blue with peony blossoms within line borders, the interior of the everted lip painted with a band of fretwork and the cavetto painted with a stylized character medallion within a double-ring, the bowl also applied with a transparent glaze; foot rim glazed, recessed base glazed
2 7/8in. (7.4cm.) high; 6 5/8in. (16.8cm.) diameter
