TWO PEACHBLOOM-GLAZED WATERPOTS
17TH/19TH CENTURY
One of beehive form, taibo zun, the domed sides incised with three dragon roundels under the glaze shading from soft crushed strawberry tone to mushroom with some apple-green mottling, Kangxi six-character mark and probably of the period; the other with compressed globular body, the exterior covered with a soft somewhat greyish crushed strawberry glaze, the interior glazed celadon and the base pale blue, with gilt-metal mount on the rim
