Impressed Tudor rose factory mark for 1914-1923, black painted W.S.M. monogram for William S. Mycroft and dated 1921, impressed shape number 3138
Lustred in silver on an iridescent caramel ground, the front inscribed PARVAHEV TABELLA QUANTAM VEHIT FATI flanking a rampant lion on a ruby ground within crossed laurel branches, the back with a galleon in full sail on a roiling sea, scudding clouds overhead
