Fitted with four smaller lidded boxes each painted with different spa resorts, the outer case inscribed 'LE MARCHE DE SPA ET LA FONTAINE MINERALLE DU POUHON', the sides painted with classical landscapes

And a Russian lacquered papier-mach/ae box, the cover painted with three figures eating and drinking at a table - 6in. (15cm.) wide (6)
