the overmantel mirror with an arched bevelled plate and leaf-carved spandrels below an architectural pediment and flanked by faceted pilasters, above a projecting mantel supported by fluted brackets and with a panelled frieze, the jambs with reeded and scroll-carved pilasters, the upper section stamped Gillow & Co., Lancaster, the lower section stamped L0089 -- 107in. (272cm.) high, 69in. (175cm.) wide
