An 'Unwan frontispiece to Juz' 29 from an illuminated Qur'an in 30 parts, assigned by endowment to al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, the waqfiyah signed and dated AH 1009/1600 AD, mounted -- 10¾ x 7½in. (27.5 x 19cm); and a folio from an illuminated work on Islamic law with interlinear Turkish translation in red, Arabic manuscript on paper in black naskh and red ta'liq, mounted -- 10 3/8 X 7 1/8in.
