See Christie's, New York, 26 October 2004, lot 126 for an example of this form decorated in pâte-sur-pâte by Maximillien-Ferdinand Mirigot. Mirigot was celebrated as a painter of pâte-sur-pâte ornament and flowers at Sèvres 1845-72 and 1879-92.
