In the neo-Rococo taste, the ciruclar drum surmounted by a putto playing a lyre resting on a golden winged orb flanked by two further putti stringing flower garlands among rocaille scrolls and trailing encrusted flowers, raised on four scroll feet, on a conforming stand painted and applied with flowers
