A QUEEN ANNE BURR-YEW AND PARQUETRY CHEST
EARLY 18TH CENTURY
Banded and inlaid overall with stained sycamore and holly starbursts, the rectangular top above two short and three long drawers, with secret drawer between the two short drawers, the sides inlaid with roundels enclosing a starburst, on solid yewwood bun feet and with yewwwood mouldings and crossbanding, the handles replaced, the inside of one drawer with chalk inscription '4009', one solid yewood foot possibly original, three feet replaced
35½ in. (90 cm.) high; 35 in. (89 cm.) wide; 21½ in. (54.5 cm.) deep
