The rectangular plate in a pierced frame of c-scrolls above Gothic columns surmounted by an arch with a seated Chinese figure playing pipes below a tassel-hung canopy with reeded dome, the lower corners with miniature houses and the apron centred by a dog framed by columns, the reverse with printed label 'C.I.N.O.A.
