Painted with the all seeing eye over the princely family of Orange within five portait medallions, initialled underneath, with portrait, quarter-length in profile to the left and right, of Prince Willem, Frederika Sophia Wilhelmina, Frederika Louise Wilhelmina, Willem George Frederik, Willem Frederik, the later king Willem I, above an orange tree and an orangist inscription in Dutch, the shaped border with flowersprays and oranges
