Of Grande Galerie design, the butter-cream field with ribbon-tied floral swags surrounding a beige oval cartouche filled with scrolling acanthus leaves around a rosette centerpiece, the linked beige spandrels filled with similar pastel scrolling acanthus leaves, a sky-blue cartouche at both ends, one containing the initials 'A R P', within a moulded ovolo border with a moulded acanthus at each corner, in a plain triple outer stripe, rewoven fireplace cut along one side
