Each with a tapering back-plate with oak-leaf boss issuing three scrolling fluted branches with foliage terminating in reeded and part-foliate drip-pans and part-gadrooned spool-shaped nozzles with patera, surmounted by a cockrell on a fluted shaft, regilt, drilled for electricity
