partially glazed white ceramic pitcher painted in colors, 1969, numbered 158/500, inscribed 'R. 140', 'Edition Picasso' and 'Madoura', with the 'Edition Picasso' and 'Madoura Plein Feu' pottery stamps on the base, surface soiling, a small unobtrusive glazing inconsistency to the right of the lower handle, a ½-in. crack in the glaze at the inside mouth of the pitcher, otherwise in good condition
