screenprint in colors, 1967, on wove paper, signed in pencil on the reverse, stamp numbered 103/250 (there were also 26 artist's proofs lettered A-Z), published by Factory Additions, New York, the full sheet, a soft 8-in. diagonal crease above the right eye, soft creases in the upper right quadrant and sheet corners (with minor associated ink loss), a small printing inconsistency at the upper left margin edge, a few rubbed areas along the right margin edge, mat staining and old hinge remains on the reverse, otherwise in good condition, framed
