Signed Van Cleef & Arpels, No. 22177, case stamped VF for Verger Freres, No. 7597, circa 1924
The nickel-finished jewelled lever movement stamped twice with the Geneva seal, bimetallic compensation balance, the silvered matte dial with outer Arabic 60 seconds divisions with central hand, four apertures indicating the jumping Arabic hours and minutes, day and month, in circular case with engraved inscription To my friend with everlasting gratitude October 1924 to the Bezel, snap on back centred by inlaid white enamel initials K.M surrounded by a white enamel ring, dial signed and numbered, case stamped VF and numbered
