Lot Essay

The present model in platinum with pink dial was made in a limited edition of 99 examples. It incorporates a co-axial escapement, invented by the contemporary horologist George Daniels. The escapement is engineered to provide consistent amplitude and transmission of energy to the free sprung balance. The marriage of Daniel's co-axial escapement and the Omega free sprung balance is expected to provide tremendous accuracy over long periods of time with less maintenance required.
