LATE 18TH EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The larger carved box painted in red, black and gold lacquer with two folding fans and a scroll painting amidst blossoming peach branches; the smaller box with bats, a frog, butterflies and insects on a lattice ground amidst leaves
The larger box: 12 in. (30.5 cm.) long;
together with a Chinese Export black and gold lacquer solitaire board, 19th Century (3)
