The serpentine moulded cornice surmounted by a pierced foliate crest, above two conforming panelled doors enclosing shaped pigeon-holes above four conforming short drawers, the hinged fall-front enclosing twelve elaborately carved shaped drawers, above a serpentine-shaped base with a frieze drawer, two short drawers and two long drawers, on bracket feet, with printed paper label to the reverse "PANTECHICON STORES. SOLOMON BROS. ALDERSHOT.", the label with handwritten pencil inscription "Lt. Col. Sheppard Kings Regis, Sept 18 1916", remounted, with a later apron
