Circular with pierced sides and a fruiting grapevine rim, engraved underneath with an inscription, marked underneath and stamped 'West & Son'

The inscription reads 'To Mr. Tony Armstrong-Jones on the Occasion of his Marriage From the Employees of the Birr Castle Estate'

Given on the occasion of the marriage of Antony Charles Robert Armstrong-Jones to H.R.H. The Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon by the Employees of the Birr Castle Estate.

Used on the table in the Dining Room of the Private Apartment of H.R.H. The Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon at Kensington Palace.
