Oblong and with gadrooned rim, the cover with a loop handle, engraved with an initial 'M' below a Royal Princess' coronet, marked on side and side of cover, the base further stamped 'Made in England'

The initial is that of H.R.H. The Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon.
