A giltwood and needlework firescreen
Late 19th century, of Louis XVI style
The stiff-leaf carved frame inset with a needlework and silk banner, the underside branded with the initial 'M' below a crown, also with a printed Private Property paper label for Queen Mary, and with a later paper property label for Princess Margaret

H.M. Queen Mary (1867-1953), formerly placed in the Queen's Dressing Room, Buckingham Palace, London.
