The handle cast and chased with earth moving vehicle, the blade engraved with an inscription, marked on blade
11 in. (27.8 cm.) long

The inscription reads 'Presented to H.R.H. THE PRINCESS MARGARET, COUNTESS of SNOWDON on the occasion of her visit to the Eaton Yale & Towne Inc. Construction Equipment Factory at Telford New Town, Shropshire, 29th June 1970.'
