Late 18th Century
The drum case with floral vase finial and flanked stylised shield mounts supported by columns resting on hairy paw feet, above breakfront plinth with beadwork gallery mounts, inset foliate mounts and flowerhead bosses, on six toupie feet, the white enamel Arabic dial with dot minute track and pierced and chased ormolu hands, the eight day twin barrel movement with silk suspension and countwheel strike on bell; with mask pendulum and key, with a later paper property label for Princess Margaret
