The base oblong and with shell and foliage gadrooned rim, with a central socket applied with shells and with a detachable nozzle, the shell-capped handle supports the tapering extinguisher, fitted with a pair of associated silver-plate and steel snuffers, marked underneath, on extinguisher and on nozzle
