Mark of Reijnier Brandt, Amsterdam, 1775, also struck twice with later Dutch duty mark of 1795 for Amsterdam
Of shaped oval form, on four scroll feet, the openwork body with an upper and lower band of dots and ovals and a mid band of trelliswork and flowerheads, each side applied with a ribbon tied medallion engraved with later monogram, the two other sides applied with instruments with ribbon handles above, the four sides each applied with vase ornament, marked on base and inside upper rim
