A GEORGE III SILVER TEA URN,
MARK OF WHIPHAM & WRIGHT, LONDON, CIRCA 1770,
Apparently only marked on rim of cover with maker's mark & lion passant, inverted pear-shaped on square pedestal base , the latter with pierced fretwork sides on ball & claw feet, gadroon borders & engraved with flowers & foliage, engraved with arms of Lever impaling Bayley, 20 in. ( 51 cm.), gross weight without inner tube, 87 oz.
