with 31¼in. etched and fullered steerl blade, half basket hilt with wire-bound fish skin grip, lion head pommel and bullion tassel; leather scabbard with appropriate fittings (middle loose) and outer travelling case; together with an army-pattern cutlass with half basket pierced hilt, the 32¼in. etched blade numbered '15944' (rust to tip), makers inscription reading J. JONES & CO. 33 ST. JAMES'S SQUARE LONDON , complete with brown leather scabbard and outer cover. (2)
