Comprising three baluster jars and covers and two beaker vases, similarly decorated with four different figure scenes, one showing a battle on horseback attended by bannermen, a figure scene outside a pavilion, a warlord on a piebald horse greeting a luohan and dignitaries, and a scene depicting an entertainer before a small audience in a fenced garden, all below a pink-ground lappet border enriched with flowers on the shoulder, the neck with a flower scroll and landscape cartouches, repeated on the rim of the the domed cover, applied with knop finial and surrounded by four panels of a lady with young boy, two rim and finial restorations, base star crack
