Kangxi six character mark, 19th century
Painted with panels of figures on a pavilion terrace in a river landscape and an Immortal riding upon a crane above a pavilion amongst foaming waves, alternating with smaller shaped panels of butterflies and flowers, all on an iron-red ground reserved with scrolling lotus, some glaze chips
45.5 cm. high.
