softground etching and drypoint, 1876, on laid paper, Reed and Shapiro's fourth state (of five), with the 'Atelier Ed. Degas' red inkstamp (Lugt 657) on the reverse, one of only a couple of impressions, with margins, minor surface soiling, the palest mat staining, otherwise in very good condition, framed
