The arched crest rail above outscrolled trailing vine and acanthus-carved arms and a similarly carved serpentine seat rail with a central cartouche and shell-carved cabriole legs ending in scrolled feet, covered in metallic and polychrome-embroidered silk, the upper section with a metallic fringe, together with a similarly-upholstered small throw pillow
